Noble may request income verification documents as part of our user verification process. These documents are processed solely for the purpose of verifying eligibility and are not stored on our servers. Once verification is complete, all submitted documents are immediately discarded.

We do not retain, copy, archive, or share your income documents under any circumstances.

4. Data Storage & Encryption

All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. Data stored within our systems is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

We employ strict access controls to ensure that only authorized systems and personnel can access user data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties. Your data is yours. We do not provide any user data to advertisers, data brokers, or any other external entities.

The only exceptions to this policy are:

• When required by law or legal process, such as a valid court order or subpoena
• To protect the safety and security of our users
• With service providers who assist in operating the App (such as payment processors), who are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify

6. Payment Information

Subscription payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Noble does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number or payment details.

All payment information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their privacy and security policies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you choose to delete your account, we will delete all associated personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through the App.

You have the right to:
