1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Noble mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Noble. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree to verify your identity through our verification process.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in your profile
• Upload fraudulent verification documents
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Share or distribute explicit, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Verification Process

Noble requires identity verification for all users and income verification for certain users ("Gentlemen"). By using the App, you consent to this verification process and agree to provide truthful documentation. We reserve the right to deny or revoke access if verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Noble offers the following auto-renewable subscription, available through the App Store:

• Subscription Name: Noble Premium
• Length: 1 month
• Price: $34.99 USD per month

Noble Premium unlocks premium features including unlimited likes, the ability to undo passed profiles, visibility of gentlemen's income details, and income-level filtering.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price listed above.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies. To request a refund, contact Apple Support.

By subscribing, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

7. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you upload to the App (photos, bio text, etc.). By uploading content, you grant Noble a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

10. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by other users.
• We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.
• We do not conduct criminal background checks on users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or loss of data.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
